DAILY DOSE: [insert musical interlude here]

Morning, kiddies, hope everyone's weekend was eventful. Hopefully, I'll get to the Monday Hangover shortly. In the meantime, here's your Link of the Day:

The physics of the matter say the Immaculate Reception ball hit Tatum

It's an interesting little article from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette explaining how the Immaculate Reception was probably a legal play, because it hit the D-Back, and NOT the WR, using Physics for proof. I don't know why we're still obsessed with proving this, but anything that shuts John Madden up is cool with me.

And also, the Song of the Day, today is "Gifts and Curses" by Yellowcard, from the Spider-Man 2 Soundtrack. Lyrically, it's a little corny, but I absolutely LOVE the 2-minute musical interlude in the middle. It's a slow cresecendo of piano, bass, and my favourite, the violin, leading up to a big guitar finish. I listen to this song everytime I walk from the bus stop to work. It's the perfect song to march along the street to, while taking the time to absorb the people of Liberty Avenue, and whatever the Pittsburgh morning has to hold. So there you go.

  • Knor - props go back to you as well. I come here often, mainly to read, sometimes to comment, always to judge. Whatever you do, keep posting.

Concerning the new "Life as a guy" section, myself and Banner have a few rules that we've come up with in the almost year that we've been living together. They pertain to the handling of interactions with females. Perhaps him and I could write one of those guest columns.
