Why don’t you write more about Pittsburgh itself. Little snippets of history, things to do, etc., etc. You know a lot about the city and you love it, so impart the knowledge. Especially with us big city snobs.

1) If you could be any superhero, who would you be, and why?
Elektra. I love the mythology overtones, she can stand up to any opponent, she interacts with Wolverine and well . . . any female super hero that Frank Miller creates in aces in my book.

2) If you could have dinner with any three people ever, who would it be, and why? Katherine Hepburn, quite possibly the best actress and a major player in Hollywood for her entire career; William Shakespeare, I just finished Will in the World and I would love to drink a pint with him; Eleanor of Aquitaine, there is so little known about one of history’s most influential politician and diplomat.

3) If you could eliminate any one athlete from the history of the world, who would it be, and why? Manny Ramirez…grr…after what he did, I lost any grudging respect I had for the Red Sox. I know ESPN considers him the best all-around hitter in the game, but really? Two words: Garry Sheffield. Or how about Vladimir Guerrero?
